The idea for Dencker Consulting started in conversations with friends who were trying to scale their own trade businesses.

Our founder, Ruben Dencker, spent a large part of his career in London as a Chief of Staff, driving operations and building systems for complex organisations. To him, it was second nature to view a business as a set of gears that need oiling: strategic planning, people management, and financial oversight.

When he started helping friends in the trade implement simple versions of these systems, everything changed. Tools that were considered basic logic in the corporate world became the exact levers that finally allowed them to look up from the daily grind. This was the launchpad for Dencker Consulting.

Dencker Consulting is built on the framework and experience of our founder, Ruben Dencker. With a Bachelor's in Marketing from BI Bergen and a Master's in Business Management from Kingston University London, he specialises in the intersection between strategic marketing and practical operations. Through his role as Chief of Staff for a multi million-pound international organisation, Ruben has built scalable systems at the absolute highest level. It is this corporate expertise that we have translated into highly practical tools for local trade businesses.
